LET IT BREATHE. LET IT BITE.

A little beautiful noise.

Start a riff, play the piano or use A W S E D F T G Y H U J K. This is a monophonic bass synth: the last note takes over; Glide slides between pitches. Hold latches your note. Escape silences it.

Snarl sweeps two resonant formants and the low-pass filter. Range sets the sweep distance; Invert reverses its direction. Wave moves from sine through saw to pulse. The halo listens to the actual output.

FM / PM: A is the audible carrier. B, C and D modulate it or each other. Click a route to cycle frequency modulation, phase modulation or off. Ratios tune the operators; Mod sets their strength. Connections flow toward A to keep the network stable.

Distort: choose soft clipping, wave folding or fuzz. Three-band mode distorts the low, mid and high bands separately. Tone darkens the processed signal; Mix blends it with the clean sound.

MIDI: click Connect MIDI, allow access and choose your keyboard. Velocity, sustain pedal and pitch bend (±2 semitones) are supported. Mod wheel (CC1) or CC74 controls Snarl. MIDI input stays local; no SysEx is requested. If your browser has no Web MIDI support, use one that supports it.

Drag a dial up or down, or use its slider and arrow keys. Field Motion pauses the background animation. Audio begins only when you play.
